PRED'IC
Heart failure is the leading cause of unplanned hospitalizations among adults. In France, there are 150,000 hospitalizations each year at a cost of €680 million, 20% of which could be avoided through early personalized care.
KanopyMed is developing PRED’IC to enable hospital healthcare professionals to personalize the care pathway for patients hospitalized for chronic heart failure decompensation.

PRED'IC is a digital medical device (SAMD) designed to personalize post-hospitalization monitoring of heart failure patients. Clinically validated, it uses hospital data to stratify risk, anticipate decompensations, and optimize care pathways .
Compliant with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), and developed according to current quality and security standards, PREDIC is deployed in an on-premises environment, guaranteeing a high level of cybersecurity and data control . Its ethical design ensures transparency of algorithms and compliance with the GDPR. For medical teams, it is a reliable decision-support tool integrated into their workflow ; for management, it is a lever for efficiency , with an expected medico-economic impact on length of stay and avoidable costs.
PRED'IC was developed and validated by KanopyMed in collaboration with the University Hospital of Montpellier . Its performance was validated by a multicenter clinical study .
Integration into the workflow of professionals and usability are at the heart of the tool, co-created with healthcare professionals from different backgrounds.
